This website is part of that process, but the senior members all try to be helpful when you have questions. As a member of the guild you need to see benefits over not being in a guild (or being in a different guild) and the guild needs to be improved because you are here with us. I hope everyone agrees that being part of a guild is intended to be a two way street.
